Acceptance of Terms
By using jurisdraft.org, requesting a quote, placing an order, or using any of our free tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What JurisDraft Does
JurisDraft is a law firm providing document drafting, review, and research services through licensed attorneys, with attorney licensure confirmed for your specific matter and jurisdiction during intake. We prepare documents for you or your attorney of record to use or file — unless we've separately agreed to file on your behalf, we do not file documents with courts or government agencies as part of a standard engagement.
Free Tools and Generated Documents
Documents generated through our free tools (the NDA, demand letter, cease and desist, bill of sale, contractor agreement, lease, and similar generators) are unreviewed starting templates. They have not been reviewed by a licensed attorney and may not address every requirement applicable to your situation or jurisdiction. Use of these tools does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Paid Orders
Paid document orders are billed at the flat fee shown at checkout and processed through PayPal. Placing a paid order does not itself create an attorney-client relationship until we've confirmed your matter details and scope during intake. Our refund terms are set out separately in our Refund Policy.

The articles, guides, and general information on this site are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice for your specific situation. Legal advice is only provided within the scope of an actual engagement with one of our licensed attorneys, confirmed during intake.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting fraudulent payment information, or using our free tools or content for an unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
Site content — articles, tool outputs' underlying templates, and site design — is owned by JurisDraft unless otherwise noted. A document generated or drafted for you as part of an order becomes yours to use for your own purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JurisDraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its free tools. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited under applicable law, or any obligations owed to you under an actual attorney engagement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
